From January to November this year, China’s telecommunications business revenue totaled 1,245.1 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 3.5%, and the growth rate was 0.2% higher than the period from January to October.
As of the end of November, the total number of mobile phone subscriber of the three major operators reached 1.6 billion, of which the number of 4G users was 1.292 billion, a year-on-year increase of 1.3% and a net increase of 10.34 million from the end of the previous year. 4G users accounted for 80.9% of the total number of mobile phone subscribers, the same as the end of October.
As of the end of November, the total number of fixed Internet broadband access subscribers of the three major operators reached 483 million, a year-on-year increase of 6.9% and a net increase of 33.49 million from the end of the previous year. Among them, the number of FTTH/O subscribers is 451 million, accounting for 93.4% of the total number of fixed Internet broadband subscribers. Fixed Internet broadband access subscribers with access rates of 100Mbps and above reached 432 million, accounting for 89.4% of the total number of subscribers, and increased by 0.7% compared with the end of October.
