Unisplendour Corporation announced that Chairman Yu Yingtao has resigned from the board and all subsidiary roles for personal reasons, effective upon his written notice. The board has elected Li Tao as its new chairman and head of the sustainable development committee.
In a separate statement, H3C Group—a Unisplendour-controlled unit—confirmed that Yu officially stepped down as president and chief executive officer on June 26. The board has appointed Wang Hongtao to succeed him, effective immediately, entrusting him with full oversight of the group's day-to-day operations, strategic planning, business activities, and market expansion.
