Qin Jian, Vice President of China Mobile, says that China Mobile is making every effort to provide information and communication services for the control of the coronavirus outbreak and promoting the role of 5G in economic and social development. As of the end of January, China Mobile has deployed 74,000 5G base stations and developed 6.7 million 5G users.
Qin Jian says that currently China Mobile is offering full support to disease control and prevention based on its advantage in communication network and big data. After the outbreak calms down, China Mobile will accelerate 5G development on a full scale and work toward the annual target.
