According to ZTE, by October 2019, it has concluded 35 5G commercial contracts all over the world, covering China, Europe, Asia-Pacific, the Middle East and other major 5G markets, and has achieved in-depth cooperation with more than 60 service providers worldwide in 5G. In the meantime, ZTE is showing its strong competitiveness in different aspects of 5G network construction.
By August 2019, ZTE has built up an expert team in 5G technical delivery consisting of nearly 2000 members, and has established a continued training and growth mechanism of 5G delivery personnel, preparing enough resource reserves for the global 5G network delivery.
Currently, ZTE has formed a solid network covering more than 160 countries worldwide, with 1 global customer support center and 3 subcenters (Shanghai, Nanjing and Xi’an), 6 regional customer support centers (RCSC), 55 local customer support centers (LCSC), and 10,000 after-sales service engineers and 3,000 technicians. These professionals constitute the backbone of the 5G technical delivery of the company.
