China Telecom recently released its main operational data for December 2022.
In December 2022, the net increase of China Telecom’s mobile users was 100,000, and the accumulated users were 391.18 million. It’s particularly worth noting that the net increase of 5G package users was 5.02 million and the accumulated users were 267.96 million.
In terms of cable broadband service, China Telecom’s cable broadband users in December 2022 witnessed a net increase of 270,000, and the accumulated users were 180.9 million. In terms of fixed telephone service, China Telecom’s fixed telephone users in December 2022 witnessed a net decrease of 410,000, and the accumulated users were 104.95 million.
Throughout the year 2022, the accumulated net increase of mobile users, 5G package users and cable broadband users were 18.75 million, 80.16 million and 11.19 million respectively, which have fulfilled the objectives of 15 million, 80 million and 8 million respectively set early 2022.
