At 6:11 on December 9th, China successfully launched the 15th batch of Low Earth Orbit (LEO) satellite internet satellites from the Taiyuan Satellite Launch Center. The satellites were carried by the Long March 6A (CZ-6A) carrier rocket and smoothly entered their predetermined orbits, marking the complete success of the mission.
This mission is the 613th flight of the Long March series of carrier rockets. It also represents the second launch of China Satellite Network Group Co., Ltd. (China Satellite Network)'s satellite internet constellation in just three days. On December 6th, China launched the 14th batch of LEO satellite internet satellites from the Hainan International Commercial Space Launch Center using the Long March 8A (CZ-8A) carrier rocket. Those satellites also successfully entered their predetermined orbits, with the launch mission achieving full success.
