According to the official website of the Shenzhen Stock Exchange, Ceyear's application for an initial public offering on the ChiNext board has been accepted.
As disclosed in the prospectus, Ceyear plans to raise 1.5 billion yuan through this IPO. The funds will primarily be allocated to the "High-End Electronic Measurement Instrument Production Line Renovation and Expansion Project," the "Next-Generation Mobile Communication Testing R&D and Industrialization Construction Project," the "Technological Innovation Center Construction Project," and supplementing working capital.
Ceyear stated that the listing will help the company leverage the advantages of the capital market to accelerate technological innovation and high-end product upgrades, further enhance overall R&D capabilities and industrialization capacity, and comprehensively strengthen the company's competitive edge. At the same time, the IPO will enable the company to improve its modern corporate management capabilities, expand brand recognition and market influence, and support its strategic goal of becoming a world-class enterprise in the field of testing and measurement.
