The once sensational mixed-ownership reform of Yunnan Unicom is coming to an end.Anhui Sinonet&Xinlong Science&Technology Co.,Ltd. announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Beijing ICHINAE Science & Technology Co., Ltd., plans to withdraw from Yunnan Unicom's mixed-ownership reform cooperation.
The announcement stated that in order to effectively solve the difficulties and problems currently faced by Yunnan Unicom's comprehensive reform and protect the rights and interests of all parties, the proposal of the wholly-owned subsidiary's plan to withdraw from Yunnan Unicom's mixed-ownership reform cooperation was approved at the eighth meeting of the ninth board of directors of the company.
