In addition, China Unicom has independently developed and constructed security-controllable public cloud platform, Wo Cloud, which covers 31 hot cities and contains 7 core layers, 31 business convergence resource layers and 300 integrated services distributing layers. Jiao Gang said, "We have built a cloud-dimensional all-network service system with independent R&D capabilities."
