Eoptolink recently held an earnings briefing for its 2026 interim report, where management responded to investor concerns regarding industry demand, product iteration and capacity planning.
Based on current customer demand guidance and order conditions, Eoptolink expects the optical communications industry to remain in a high-growth environment. The company made clear that 1.6T and 800G optical modules are its main delivery products this year. Among them, 800G product shipments have continued to rise; 1.6T optical module shipments in the second quarter grew notably from the first quarter, and the ramp-up pace is expected to accelerate further in the second half. The share of silicon photonics products has also continued to increase, with strong growth momentum expected to carry into next year.
Regarding NPO products, which have drawn market attention, the company disclosed that it is working closely with relevant customers to advance the business and expects product delivery to begin in 2027, with shipment scale expected to rise further in 2028, when NPO is expected to become one of the company's main products.
The company has already built a comprehensive presence across multiple technology directions, including NPO, OCS, LPO, CPO, XPO and coherent solutions, and has participated in the deployment of CPO-related products. As for the LPO solution, cooperation with relevant customers is progressing smoothly.
