Recently, China Telecom Heilongjiang Branch, a subsidiary of China Telecommunications Corporation, released a tender announcement for its 2026 Emergency Procurement Project of Outdoor Optical Cables.
The project involves the procurement of outdoor optical cables of more than ten models, with a total budget of approximately 55.8 million yuan (excluding tax). The tender is divided into four shares, and four winners will be selected, with share ratios of 40%, 30%, 20%, and 10% respectively.
For the optical cable model "Optical Cable - GYTA - Single-mode G.652D - 24 Cores", the maximum unit price limit for cable forming is 3,737.43 yuan per kilometer of optical fiber length. According to industry insiders' calculations, the unit price of G.652D optical fiber has broken through the 100-yuan mark per core kilometer.
