A supply-and-demand matchmaking conference on intellectual property (IP) public services for Anhui's quantum industry in 2026, themed "Leading Quantum Development, Safeguarding Intellectual Property", was held in Hefei on April 9.
At the event, Anhui officially launched a public welfare service package for intellectual property in the quantum industry, offering enterprises in the region free full-cycle services including information retrieval, patent pre-examination and rapid rights protection, systematically reducing enterprises' R&D and innovation costs. A number of targeted service projects were also signed on site, providing practical and effective support for the innovative development of the quantum industry.
According to a relevant official from the Anhui Administration for Market Regulation, the province will continue to strengthen full-chain intellectual property services and further implement the "Thousand Scenarios" initiative for quantum information. In 2026, Anhui will focus on launching more than 300 application scenarios covering key sectors such as electric power, finance and biomedicine. Through policy incentives and market guidance, the province will promote the in-depth integration of quantum technology with the real economy, so as to consolidate and enhance the core competitiveness of the quantum industry.
