Under the CBN leadership, an incorporation of “National One Net” will be formally established in June 2020 by co-sponsors including network companies and strategic investors from all provinces/regions, so as to achieve uniform operations of nationwide cable TV network as well as value maintenance and appreciation of state assets.
Meanwhile, 11 listed enterprises affiliated with CBN, such as BGCTV, have announced that they will participate in the joint venture by means of cash investment.
This national incorporation will mark the achievement of “National One Net”. Such nationwide integration, expected by industrial insiders from 2014 (when CBN was set up) till upcoming June 2020, will enter into force at last.
