China Huaxin Post & Telecom Lists 50% Stake in Nokia Bell for Transfer

According to an announcement on the Beijing Equity Exchange, 3,466,289,734 shares of Shanghai Nokia Bell Co., Ltd. , approximately 50% of the total equity, have been listed for transfer, with a base price of 4.1 billion yuan. The transferor is China Huaxin Post & Telecom Technology Co., Ltd.

The announcement shows that in 2024, Nokia Bell achieved revenue of 8.391 billion yuan, an operating profit of -659 million yuan, and a net profit of 42.0929 million yuan. In the first three quarters of 2025, the company reported revenue of 4.606 billion yuan, an operating profit of -582 million yuan, and a net profit of 90.46 million yuan.

As of September 30, 2025, Nokia Bell's total assets reached 11.569 billion yuan, with net assets of 6.951 billion yuan.

The announcement states that the intended transferee must be a legally registered and validly existing enterprise within China, excluding Hong Kong, Macao, and Taiwan regions.

Information indicates that under the previous equity structure, Nokia owned 50% plus one share of NSB, while Huaxin Post & Telecom held the remaining 50%. Additionally, Nokia holds the right to acquire Huaxin's equity in NSB through future cash settlement. If Nokia successfully acquires this portion of the equity, NSB will become a wholly-owned subsidiary of Nokia in China.
