On August 6, Huawei released its business performance result in the first half of 2021. Its sales revenue totaled RMB 320.4 billion with a net profit rate of 9.8%.
In view of global pandemic and American government’s sanction and crackdown, it’s not easy for Huawei to achieve such a performance result. The company expressed that the overall operation result met its expectation.
Among its main businesses, its operator business income reached RMB 136.9 billion; its enterprise business income reached RMB 42.9 billion; and its consumer business income reached RMB 135.7 billion.
“We defined strategic objective of the company in the following five years. Specifically, we will create values for customers and partners in order to survive in a quality way. In the whole year, although consumer business decreased as a result of external influence, we have confidence in the steady growth of operator business and enterprise business,” said Xu Zhijun, rotating director of Huawei.
