Last night, China Tower released its unaudited key operational data for the first three quarters of 2025.
In the first three quarters, the company achieved an operating revenue of RMB 74.319 billion, a year-on-year increase of 2.6%. Among this, revenue from operator business reached RMB 63.432 billion, up 0.5% year-on-year. Within this segment, tower business revenue was RMB 56.509 billion, down 0.7% year-on-year, while in-building solution business revenue was RMB 6.923 billion, up 11.3% year-on-year.
Revenue from smart connectivity business reached RMB 7.093 billion, a year-on-year increase of 16.8%, and energy business revenue reached RMB 3.424 billion, up 11.5% year-on-year. The proportion of revenue from the "Two Wings" businesses to total operating revenue increased to 14.2% from 12.6% in the same period last year.
As of September 30, 2025, the company had 2.137 million tower sites and 3.863 million tower tenants, with a net increase of 72,000 tenants since the end of the previous year. The average number of tenants per tower site was 1.81.
In the first three quarters of 2025, EBITDA reached RMB 50.959 billion, with an EBITDA margin of 68.6%. Profit attributable to the company's shareholders was RMB 8.708 billion, a year-on-year increase of 6.8%.
