According to media reports, China Unicom Group's Deputy General Manager, Hao Liqian, has been appointed as President of the Government Enterprise Customer Business Group at China Unicom.
This indicates that at the group leadership level, Hao Liqian's responsibilities have been largely defined. He will succeed Liang Baojun in overseeing China Unicom's enterprise sector.
In accordance with the executive assignments at China Unicom Group, Hao Liqian is expected to assist in overseeing the Government Enterprise Customer Business Department, Regulation Affairs Department, China Unicom Capital Investment Holding Co., Ltd. (preparatory)/China Unicom Innovation and Entrepreneurship Investment Co., Ltd./Capital Operation Department, China Unicom Global Limited (International Business Department), China Unicom System Integration Co., Ltd., China Unicom Big Data Co., Ltd., China Unicom Cloud Data Co., Ltd., and China Unicom Smart Network Technology Co., Ltd.
Last month, Hao Liqian was officially promoted to Deputy General Manager of China Unicom Group. Prior to this, Hao Liqian held several significant positions, including General Manager of the Jinan Branch of China United Network Communications Ltd., Party Secretary and General Manager of the Hainan Province Branch of China United Network Communications Ltd., General Manager of the Hebei Province Branch of China Unicom, and General Manager of the Guangdong Province Branch of China Unicom.
