Jian Qin appointed as General Manager of China Unicom

China Unicom announced on its website on the morning of March 15th that the leadership team (expanded) meeting of China United Network Communications Group Co., Ltd. was held. At the request of the Central Organization Department, the relevant comrades in charge of the Central Organization Department announced the decision of the Party Central Committee regarding the appointment of the General Manager of China United Network Communications Group Co., Ltd:  Jian Qin was appointed as Director, General Manager, and Deputy Secretary of the Party Group of China United Network Communications Group Co., Ltd., and was relieved of his position as Director and Deputy Secretary of the Party Group of China Post Group Co., Ltd. The appointment and removal of relevant positions shall be handled in accordance with relevant laws and regulations.
