Today, Unisplendour Corporation announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Unisplendour International Information Technology Limited, has completed the acquisition of a 30% stake in H3C for $2.143 billion.
On May 24, 2024, Unisplendour International signed an agreement with H3C Holdings Limited and Izar Holding Co. According to the agreement, Unisplendour International will purchase a 29% stake in H3C Group Limited from H3C Holdings Limited and a 1% stake from Izar Holding Co. for a total of $2,142,834,885.00 in cash, resulting in a total acquisition of a 30% stake in H3C.
As of now, both parties have completed the work related to the delivery of the target assets as stipulated in the Share Purchase Agreement. Unisplendour International has paid the transaction consideration to the sellers, and the transaction has been completed. The company is currently processing the change of H3C's shareholder register. After the completion of this transaction, the company's equity proportion in H3C held through Unisplendour International will increase from 51% to 81%.
