China Unicom has released its operating data as of March 2023. The data shows that its "Big Connection" users reached a cumulative total of 899.81 million households, an increase of 12.482 million households compared to the same period last year. Among them, the number of 5G subscription users reached 223.81 million, an increase of 4.046 million compared to the same period last year. The number of IoT terminal connections reached 415.72 million, an increase of 9.16 million compared to the same period last year.
In addition, the number of 5G industry virtual private network service customers reached 4562, an increase of 334 compared to the same period last year.
