On Nov. 21, China Unicom officially displayed its operational data for October 2022. Data showed that China Unicom had a new rise of 4.169 million 5G package subscribers in October, bringing the total number of 5G package subscribers to 205 million.
By October, China Unicom has had a total of 850.436 million “big connection” users, including 205.05 million 5G package users and 373.492 million households for IoT terminal connections, an increase of 4.169 million and 7.366 million, respectively, over September.
In terms of innovative applications, by October 2022, China Unicom has had a total of 3,125 virtual private network service customers in the 5G industry.
