Local brands of mobile phone shipments were 22.43 million, increased 35.1 percent year-over-year, accounting for 86.2 percent of the total shipments in May.Number of new models released by the local brands were 31, increased by 34.8 percent year-over-year,and represented 96.9 percent of the total number of new models release in the month.
Domestic mobile phone shipments were 26.0 million,increased 25.2 percent year-over-year in May. 32 new models were released in the month,up 33.3 percent year-over-year.
