In the first three quarters of 2024, Huawei achieved an operating revenue of 585.9 billion yuan, up 29.5% year-on-year; the net profit attributable to shareholders was 62.87 billion yuan, a decrease of 13.8% year-on-year.
According to Huawei's annual report, Huawei Investment & Holding Co., Ltd. is a privately held company 100% owned by its employees. The shareholders are the Union Committee of Huawei Investment & Holding Co., Ltd. and Huawei's founder, Ren Zhengfei. The company implements an employee stock ownership plan through the union, with 151,796 participants (as of December 31, 2023), all of whom are current employees or retired personnel retaining shares.
