Last night, China Unicom released its operational data for September 2023.
As of September, the total number of China Unicom's "Big Connection" users reached 959.299 million, with a cumulative total of 248.072 million 5G package users and 467.038 million IoT terminal connections. In terms of innovative applications, there were 6,897 customers for 5G industry virtual private network services, and a total of 1,888 authorized patents in the current year for technological innovation.
Compared to August, China Unicom added over 12 million "Big Connection" users in September, with over 4.995 million new 5G package subscribers and 390 new customers for 5G industry virtual private networks.
