China Unicom recently released its operational data for July 2023. The data shows that in July, there was a net increase of 5.74 million 5G package users, reaching a cumulative total of 238.19 million users. The net increase in IoT connections was 8.156 million, reaching a cumulative total of 443.22 million connections. The net increase in 5G industry virtual private networks was 312, reaching a cumulative total of 6,128.
In addition, the cumulative number of authorized patents in 2023 reached 1,610, with a net increase of 284 patents in a single month.
