China Mobile recently released its operational data for July 2023.The announcement shows that the total number of mobile customers increased by 614,000 in July, reaching a cumulative total number of 986 million. From January to July this year, the net number of increase in mobile customers was 10.994 million. Among them, the net number of increase in 5G package users was 4.53 million, reaching a cumulative total number of 726.33 million. This growth rate is lower than the 5.74 million new users reported by China Unicom.
In addition, wired broadband continues to expand its leading advantage, with a net increase of 1.767 million subscribers in July, bringing the total number of customers to 288.17 million.
