Recently, Chengdu Economic and Information Bureau announced "Several Policies for Accelerating the High-quality Development of Integrated Circuit Industry in Chengdu (Draft for Comments)".
It focuses on supporting 12-inch advanced circuit production lines (28 nm and below), production line construction projects of the characteristic process such as compound semiconductors and digital-analog mixed circuits, chip design and development projects in the fields of information communication, general computing, high-end storage, intelligent perception, advanced packaging and testing industrialization projects in chip-level, wafer-level, system-level and 3D packaging, as well as industrialization projects of supporting key equipment and materials.
According to the Draft, for IC design enterprises whose annual main business income exceeds 100 million yuan, 500 million yuan and 1 billion yuan for the first time, the core team will be rewarded with 2 million yuan, 5 million yuan and 10 million yuan respectively; For IC manufacturing, packaging and testing enterprises whose annual main business income exceeds 1 billion yuan, 5 billion yuan and 10 billion yuan for the first time, the core team will be rewarded with 2 million yuan, 5 million yuan and 10 million yuan respectively; For enterprises in integrated circuit materials and equipment whose annual main business income exceeds 100 million yuan, 500 million yuan and 1 billion yuan for the first time, the core team will be rewarded with 2 million yuan, 5 million yuan and 10 million yuan respectively.
