On December 29, Tsinghua Unigroup announced that the Restructuring Plan (Draft) was approved unanimously in the second creditor meeting & investor group meeting convened on the same day for the substantive consolidation and restructuring of seven enterprises including Tsinghua Unigroup after counting the votes from the groups of secured creditors, ordinary creditors and investors.
As per the relevant laws and regulations, all groups have voted to approve the Restructuring Plan (Draft). Going forward, the restructuring administrator will apply to Beijing No.1 Intermediate People’s Court for approval of the Restructuring Plan (Draft) in accordance with the relevant laws.
