Hangzhou, December 23, at the launch event of AI DingTalk 1.1 and its ecosystem conference, DingTalk officially introduced the world's first Work AI Operating System, Agent OS, marking the beginning of a new era of “Human-AI Collaboration” in the workplace.
The AI DingTalk 1.1 version is named "Magnolia." DingTalk founder and CEO Chen Hang stated, "In the future, all AI Agents on DingTalk will be built and run on the Agent OS, enabling AI to directly connect with the physical world."
At the core of DingTalk's Agent OS is the operation and coordination of AI Agents. Through a comprehensive product ecosystem—including the new interface (DingTalk ONE), enterprise Agent-dedicated AI hardware (DingTalk Real), AI-powered search and Q&A (AI Ask), a universal task-processing Agent (Wukong), and the enterprise AI platform (DEAP)—Agent OS provides a complete system architecture for human-AI collaboration. This shift signifies DingTalk's evolution beyond the mobile internet application model, embracing a transformative product paradigm for the AI era and quietly building an AI-native DingTalk.
During the “Magnolia” launch event, Chen Hang introduced over 20 AI products in one go. “DingTalk Agent OS is a fully open AI ecosystem,” he emphasized. “We will collaborate with partners to jointly develop industry models, an AI hardware marketplace, and an MCP Plaza, driving China's enterprise AI ecosystem toward a vision of ‘countless intelligences, united as one.’”
