On July 7, China Broadcasting Network Corporation Ltd(CBN) released an open recruitment announcement on its official Weibo account. This round of open recruitment involves up to 16 departments, including the General Affairs Department, the Human Resources Department, the Finance Department, the Marketing Department, and so on. There are many jobs offered, with many middle-level management positions like Deputy Director.
From the perspective of candidate qualifications, there are no special requirements. In principle, the position of Deputy Director needs a candidate under 45 years old (born after January 1, 1976); other positions requires candidates no more than 40 years old (born after January 1, 1981); candidates who are particularly excellent in the market, technology, and business fields can be more flexible in age requirements.
The announcement pointed out that CBN has implemented a market-oriented mechanism in staff management, with an all-staff performance appraisal system. The performance appraisal is based on fulfillment of target tasks, and appraisal results directly affect the promotion and stay-or-leave of the staff.
