China Unicom hereby issues an announcement that the board of directors has received written resignation from the company's chairman and president, Mr. Li Guohua. Mr. Li has resigned as the company's chairman of the board, member of the Board Development Strategy Committee, and president because he has reached retirement age. The resignation will take effect on March 11, 2020.
