According to the Master Plan of 5G industry in Shanxi Province, it will roll out a continuous and commercial coverage of 5G network in the central urban areas of prefecture-level cities of Shanxi Province by the end of 2020. 5G base stations of the whole province will reach 15000, 5G demonstration application scenarios will exceed 5, and the leading role of 5G in vertical industry will start to emerge.
By the end of 2022, primary urban areas of Shanxi Province will enjoy continuous coverage of 5G network, when accumulated base stations of the province will reach 50000, and 5G demonstration application scenarios will be over 30.
