According to China Tower’s operational data for the first three quarters of 2022, during the period, China Tower achieved an operation revenue of 68.682 billion yuan, up 6.3% year on year. Therein, its operator business earned 62.187 billion yuan, up 3.4% year on year; the smart connectivity business earned 4.012 billion yuan, up 41.4% year on year; and the energy business earned 2.303 billion yuan, up 59.9% year on year.
In its operator business, tower operation earned 57.953 billion yuan, up 1.8% year on year; and indoor distributed antenna system earned 4.234 billion yuan, up 32.6% year on year.
China Tower revealed that, by September 30, its tower sites totaled 2.052 million, and tower lessees totaled 3.535 million, a net increase of 76,000 from the end of last year; on average, each tower had 1.72 lessees.
