As revealed by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (MIIT), the export delivery value of China's electronic information manufacturing industry saw a year-on-year increase of 7.1% from January to July, with a growth rate 0.2 percentage points lower than that of H1. In July, the export delivery value of that industry above designated size increased by 3.6% year on year, with a growth rate 8.8 percentage points lower than that in June.
Data from China Customs shows that from January to July, China exported a total of 104 million laptops with a drop of 17% year on year; 470 million mobile phones, down 11.5% year on year; 164.7 billion integrated circuits, declining by 7.7% year on year.
