Shanghai-listed SVW New Materials Technology Co., Ltd. (listed on the Sci-Tech Innovation Board) recently issued an announcement titled "Announcement on Completion of Board of Directors Election and Appointment of Senior Management Personnel".
According to the announcement, SVW New Materials convened the first meeting of the 4th Board of Directors on November 25th. At the meeting, the chairman, members and chairpersons of various special committees were elected, and a new batch of senior management personnel was appointed. All directors unanimously approved the election of Peng Zhihui as the chairman of the 4th Board of Directors of the company.
Peng Zhihui, also known as "Zhi Hui Jun", joined Huawei through the "Genius Youth Program" in 2020. He served as an expert in artificial intelligence edge computing at the Ascend Computing Product Line, participating in the full-stack development of Huawei's self-developed Ascend NPU chip ecosystem.
