ZTE posts revenue of about 116.8 billion yuan in first three quarters

Updated:2026/10/28 17:17

On October 26, ZTE Corporation released its third-quarter report for 2026. The report shows that in January-September 2026, the company recorded revenue of 116.84 billion yuan, up 16.2 percent year on year. Net profit attributable to shareholders of the listed company came in at 4.06 billion yuan, while net profit after deducting non-recurring gains and losses attributable to shareholders was 2.81 billion yuan. Net operating cash flow remained positive.

In the third quarter alone, both revenue and net profit grew year on year. Revenue reached 38.81 billion yuan, up 34.0 percent; net profit attributable to shareholders was 1.31 billion yuan, up 394.5 percent; net profit after deducting non-recurring gains and losses attributable to shareholders was 590 million yuan, up 363.7 percent; and net operating cash flow totaled 840 million yuan, up 76.0 percent.

In 2026, ZTE has anchored its focus on AI as its main track, deepened its "connectivity + computing power" dual-driver strategy, and worked with global industry partners to build intelligent, resilient digital infrastructure for the AI era. The company has advanced the coordinated layout and global expansion of businesses spanning networks, computing power, and home and personal terminals, continuously optimized its revenue structure, and effectively offset the impact of declining investment in communications infrastructure by domestic telecom operators. In the first three quarters, three engines—computing power, terminals, and international markets—pulled in the same direction, jointly lifting overall revenue to a new level.

More specifically, growth momentum in computing power products continued to accelerate, with computing-power-related revenue up more than 70 percent year on year and its share of total revenue rising to 38 percent. Revenue from server and storage products rose more than 70 percent year on year, while revenue from data center products jumped nearly 130 percent. The home and personal terminal business maintained relatively rapid growth, together accounting for 23 percent of revenue. Revenue grew year on year in both the domestic and international markets. In international markets, the company seized opportunities in 5G construction, fiber-optic upgrading, and AI computing power demand, deepened collaboration with Chinese enterprises going global, and achieved revenue growth of more than 30 percent year on year.

On the profit side, affected by both the shift in the industry cycle and changes in the business mix, the company's gross margin remained under phased pressure. In response, the company focused on its main-track businesses and breakthroughs in core technologies, continued to optimize cost control, and delivered substantial year-on-year growth in net profit attributable to shareholders in the third quarter alone.
