CITIC Mobile Communication Technology Co., Ltd has recently submitted the Prospectus, preparing for getting listed on the Science and Technology Innovation Board (STAR Market).
It is reported that CICT Mobile plans to issue no more than 683.75 million shares in the public offering (excluding the shares issued by adopting an over-allotment option), accounting for no less than 10% of the total number of shares offered. All the shares are issued as new shares, with original shareholders not selling shares. After getting listed through IPO, CICT Mobile could realize sustainable development with the support of the capital market, and even realize the dream of “becoming a leading company in global mobile communication in five years”.
