According to the website of the National Radio and Television Administration, Cao Shumin has been appointed as Deputy Minister of the Central Propaganda Department, Director and Party Secretary of the National Radio and Television Administration.
Previously, Cao Shumin served as Deputy Director of the Office of the Central Cyberspace Affairs Commission and Deputy Director of the National Internet Information Office. She was also a reserve member of the 18th, 19th, and 20th Central Committees.
