Recently, 12 departments including the National Development and Reform Commission, and the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology jointly issued the Several Policies for Promoting the Steady Growth of the Industrial Economy, which is intended to further consolidate the growth momentum of the industrial economy, and promptly implement pre-adjustment, micro-adjustment and cross-cycle adjustment to ensure that the industrial economy operates within a reasonable range throughout the year. The Several Policies involve a total of 18 measures in five areas, including fiscal taxes and fees, financial credit, ensuring supply and stable prices, investment, foreign trade and foreign capital, land use and energy use, and the environment.
The aforementioned policies involve accelerating the construction of major new infrastructure projects, guiding telecom operators to accelerate the progress of 5G construction, supporting industrial enterprises to accelerate digital transformation and upgrading, and promoting the digital transformation of manufacturing; launching the implementation of major Beidou industrialization projects to promote the scale of Beidou application in major strategic areas; promoting the special action for the construction of big data centers, implementing the "East-West Data Computing" project, and accelerating the construction of eight national computing hubs in the Yangtze River Delta, Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei, Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, etc.; promoting the healthy development of real estate investment trusts (REITs) in the infrastructure sector, effectively revitalizing existing assets, and forming a virtuous cycle of existing assets and new investments.
