China Tower issued an announcement that the company entered into service framework agreements with China Mobile, China Telecom and China Unicom in 2018, which will expire on December 31, 2022.
The Board of Directors announced that it has approved on December 13, 2022, the Company to enter into the 2022 Service Framework Agreement with telecom operators for a period of five years, from January 1, 2023 to December 31, 2027. The agreement was amended from the 2018 Service Framework Agreement.
China Tower will convene an extraordinary general meeting to review and approve, as appropriate, the 2022 Service Framework Agreement with the telecom operators' shareholders and the proposed term limits.
