The MIIT said earlier that relevant units have proposed founding a National Technical Committee of Integrated Circuit Standardization to plan and further integrated circuit standardization work as a whole and strengthen standardization team building. As part of the proposal, NTCICS Secretariat will be set at the CESI.
Disclosed NTCICS member units total 90, including HiSilicon, Sanechips, SMIC, DTMobile, China Mobile, China Unicom, Huawei, ZTE, Tencent, Xiaomi, Alibaba, etc.
NTCICS will be focused on improvement of standards pertaining to integrated circuit product assessment, research and formulation of integrated circuit process control standards, etc.
