China Mobile’s 5G terminal sales volume last year was 50 million, and so far this year, it has exceeded 85 million. By the end of the year, the achieving of more than 100 million units will be beyond all doubt, disclosed by Wang Hengjiang, Deputy General Manager of the Terminal Sector of China Mobile.
According to reports, China Mobile has planned to establish a joint innovation laboratory, release 5G terminal basic capability components, launch a one-stop solution for 5G terminal basic services and communication capabilities, as well as upgrade the 5G terminal evaluation system.
Moreover, China Mobile will also establish a pan-terminal omni-channel sales alliance to achieve complementary functions, benign interaction, collaborative research, and open sharing.
