Yesterday, ZTE issued an announcement showing that from May 25 to May 26, 2020, ZTE completed the issuance of the fourth and fifth phases of ultra-short financing in 2020. At present, all funds raised have been received and will be used to supplement the operational capital of ZTE.
The amount of ultra-short financing issuance in the fourth and fifth phases of 2020 is 1 billion yuan, with a term of 90 days, with a face value of 100 yuan per unit and an issuing interest rate of 1.35%, which is mainly underwritten by China Everbright Bank Co., Ltd. and Bohai Bank Co., Ltd., respectively.
It is reported that the first phase of 2 billion yuan, the second phase of 1 billion yuan and the third phase of 1 billion yuan will be issued on March 26, April 21 and April 22, respectively.
