Zhao Dachun, vice president of China Mobile, said on MBBF 2019 that, China Mobile would boost 5G and 4G technology sharing, resource sharing, coverage collaboration and business collaboration, build a 5G advanced network of nationwide coverage, high quality and outstanding technology, and achieve rapid development of the 5G network based on 4G station resources.
According to its planning, it will provide 5G business services in over 50 cities in China and build more than 50,000 base stations; in 2020, it will further expand to over 340 cities nationwide, coordinating 2.6G and 4.9G frequency ranges at the same time to achieve higher efficiency and lower costs.
