China Telecom Corp., Ltd. announced that its Board of Directors has decided to appoint Mr. Ke Ruiwen, its executive director, president and COO, as its Acting Chairman and CEO, and his tenure will be from March 8th 2019 to the date, on which a new appointment is made by the Board of Directors.
