On December 17, China Mobile officially released its new financial arm China Mobile Finance Technology Co., Ltd.
The company is a wholly-owned subsidiary of China Mobile Communications Group Co.,Ltd, with a registered capital of 1 billion RMB, and will serve as China Mobile's comprehensive service provider, offering first-class services featuring "communication + consumption + finance". Its main business covering three major sectors: integrated payment, featured e-commerce and financial technology.
