China Telecom will roll out pre-commercial VoLTE(voice over Long-Term Evolution) services nationwide since November 29, which will allow nearly 300 million customers access to the convenience brought by VoLTE. At present, however, the service is not accessible to iphone.
Since this year, VoLTE has topped the agenda of construction projects of China Telecom which is making greater efforts on the project construction.
