China Telecom Declared Ke Ruiwen to be Its President and COO

The board of directors of China Telecom Co., Ltd. today declared Mr. Ke Ruiwen to be the President and COO. This appointment takes into effect from Oct. 25, 2018 to the annual general shareholders meeting of 2019 to be held in 2020. From now on, Mr. Ke won’t hold the position of the Executive Vice-President of China Telecom Co., Ltd.

Just a month ago, China Telecom Group Co., Ltd. declared Ke Ruiwen to be the Director and General Manager.
